Prepaid2Cash Customer Success Associate
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup company at the ground floor! This is the first non-founding team hire for Prepaid2Cash, in its new Birmingham, AL headquarters.
As a Customer Success Associate for Prepaid2Cash you’ll be the first point of contact with our customers, managing day to day interactions to ensure customer success across all of our service lines.
What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for all customer interactions via phone and email to help troubleshoot technical bugs, answer questions about Prepaid2Cash’s services and help solve customer issues. In order to successfully achieve this, the Customer Success Associate will need to:
- Familiarize yourself with the Prepaid2Cash’s products and services, to help troubleshoot customer issues and technical bugs
- Review customer transactions for completeness and follow up when information is incorrect or missing.
- Work with Prepaid2Cash’s third party financial partners to reconcile transactions and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain reporting for management utilizing spreadsheets
- Work with the team to identify ways to integrate technology or improve processes / create documentation / implement systems to manage customer interactions.
- Other ad-hoc administrative projects as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, Training, Project Management, or another customer-facing role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- High-energy team member with strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, juggle multiple priorities, and manage a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing startup company
- Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint, and ZenDesk (or other customer service ticketing software).
